If you are struggling with any of these conditions, then this personalized health solution is for you:
- First visit will be covered by OHIP and will constitute a 40-minute appointment. This may include: blood work-up, radiology bookings
- Next visits will be uninsured services (not covered by OHIP), which may be done in person or on the phone.
- Visits can be set up for either 30 or 60 minutes. This is an uninsured service and the cost will begin at $300 per hour.
- A consent form must be filled prior to follow up visits with prepayments made via e-transfer.
