Dr. Parastoo Pournaghshband

- Completed Family Medicine residency at Western University in Ontario and CPSO-licensed in Family Medicine.
- Graduated from Cardiff University in the United Kingdom with a postgraduate diploma in Practical Dermatology.
- Obtained her medical degree in Iran and worked as general practitioner in diverse urban and rural settings for 5 years.
- Has a special interest in dermatology and has completed multiple elective rotations in Canadian dermatology clinics, gaining experience in the assessment and management of common and complex skin conditions.
- Provides timely assessment of dermatologic concerns to help reduce wait times for your patients.
- Manages a wide range of conditions, including acne, rosacea, eczema, psoriasis, benign lesions, skin infections, and assessment of suspicious lesions.
- Performs skin biopsies (punch, shave, and excisional) to support diagnosis and guide management.
- Offers practical in-office procedures including cryotherapy, intralesional injections, and excisions.

Dr. Melvin Philip
- CPSO certified in internal medicine and palliative & hospice care.
- Attended McMaster University and graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science Kinesiology.
- Received his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine, Barbados.
- Completed his residency in internal medicine and was named resident of the year in his final year at Danbury Hospital in Connecticut.
- Completed a palliative and hospice care fellowship at Weill Cornell Medicine in Queens, New York.
- After completing his medical training, he worked as a primary care physician for Brown University in Rhode Island. Dr. Philip is a member of the American College of Physicians, American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine, Ontario Medical Association and Hamilton Academy of Medicine.
Dr. Philip will be taking consultations for Ozempic (service at the Clinic)

Dr. Harris Joseph
Dr. Harris Joseph graduated from St. George’s University School of Medicine in 2021 and completed his internal medicine residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in 2024. He was a recipient of the High Performer List recognition in 2022 and the Ambulatory Medicine Award in 2024. Dr. Joseph is currently pursuing a fellowship in Nephrology at the University of Rochester, NY.
